Terms of use
Last updated 13 October 2026
GnomeYoga is a free, illustrated guide to yoga poses, props and sequences, with a community layer where members share their own photos and tips. By using the site or creating an account you agree to these terms.
GnomeYoga is published by Nils Van Brabant, Belgium (contact: contact form).
Not medical advice
Everything on GnomeYoga is general information. It is not medical advice. Practise within your limits, ease off if something hurts, and talk to a doctor or qualified teacher if you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account, so keep that account secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
What you share
- Only upload photos and videos you took yourself or have the right to share.
- Do not upload images of other people without their permission, and never images of children.
- No nudity, hate, harassment, advertising or anything illegal. Descriptions are the author's own words; there are no comments between members.
- You keep the rights to your content. You give GnomeYoga a free, non-exclusive licence to display it on the site (pose and prop pages, the community gallery, your profile, and previews shared on social networks) for as long as it is published. You can make it private or delete it whenever you like.
Moderation
Anyone signed in can report a photo with the “Report” button, and anyone can report content or a copyright or image-rights problem through the contact form. We read reports as soon as we can, aim to answer within 7 days, and may hide or remove content, or close accounts, that break these terms.
Links
Profiles can link to a member's website and social networks. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them. Links are marked as user-generated.
The service
GnomeYoga is provided as it is, without guarantees, and may change or pause. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses linked to using the site.
